Getting there! :rambo:

Pullups are a part of my workouts normally but I've always done them assisted, cause the first time I tried them I couldn't even do one.

Good to know I've gotten much much stronger since I've started.

some unsolicited advice:

if you want to increase your lifts maybe look into your diet and make appropriate changes. if you don't get enough calories and protein, your body might not get enough to repair your muscles so you might plateau. if you're concerned with how this will affect your bodyfat, i think (not sure) depending on what you eat, it might not necessarely increase your bodyfat. plus, they say more muscles = more fat burning. MMSex probably has more knowledge than me on this subject though. it also really depends on what your specific goals are.

Breh my diet is pretty good. (Lean) Protein and veggies at every meal, carbs(apart from the ones in mah veggies) only/mostly in the morning (In the form of oatmeal and some fruit sometimes). pretty much nothing bad ever. I do have to up my intake a little bit, but apart from that, it's pretty good.

leg day just seems like a fukking waste if you don't squat. Like " :what: I shouldn't be able to MOVE right now"

But for the greater good of healing, I decided not to. Mostly because my physiotherapist was all "Ay. DON'T."

well not really cause I didn't ask, but I feel like he would have if I did.

I also did my last rep of leg presses at a lower weight (100lbs) x10 instead of going for a higher weight X8. cause I don't wanna snap my shyt up. even though leg presses don't hurt, last time I did legs, it didn't hurt while I was doing them, but my ankle the next day was like :scusthov:
