Shoulders and Tri's!

For some reason my dumbass had chest and back on my routine today, which means I'd have been doing deadlifts the day after legs. :what:


Dunno what the fukk I was thinking when I wrote that shyt up, so I did shoulders and Tri's instead.

Notable : Arnold presses 20lbsx5 Sweet lord we outta the barbie weights!

LOL I consider anything sub 20lbs to be kinda sissy.... :guilty:

Do ya thang. 20lbs is a lot for most people. When I go and do my rear delt flys I can't use more than 15 or else I'm liable to snap some stuff up.

Yeah obviously for SOME stuff 20 is too much. Maybe I'm being a bit too hard on myself.

ever try kettle bell swings(or dumbbell)?

this girl i know i got into the gym i have her doing them and her legs/butt are toning up pretty nice, can be done for reps or time(ala HIIT)

I did chest and back thursday, but I don't even wanna TALK about how shytty of a workout it was. On top of the shyttyness I dropped a 25lb dumbell DIRECTLY onto my hip bone. shyt was NOT pleasant.


I shoulda gone yesterday (I like sat+sun to be rest days because I'm a sissy) but it was raining/miserable out, and I really just didn't wanna bike in the rain after a full shift on my feet.

So today I did Bi's+core

Notable : Concentration curls last 2 reps @20lbs. I could only do it x5 on my usual last rep.. (So I did another motherfukking rep. Like a boss.)

(So 10lbsx12, 15lbsx10, 20lbsx5, 20lbsx5)

reverse curls @30lbs x7 (Was going for 8 but..:no:)


Assisted pullups @ 20lbs X7. (Same as above was going for 8 and I swear to GOD I will be able to do these unassisted soon. :sadcam:)



I obvs did more than that but I'm just listing things that were improvements on last time, so I can remember.

Thanks. Tbh I don't even do much/any cardio. I bike to and from work, but that's about it. I'm REALLY starting to LOVE lifting, I feel lost on days I'm not in the gym lol

out of curiosity, what are your stats? (height, weight, age?)

In other news, I found a pullup bar in my basement. Installed that bytch and did my first ever unassisted pullup.
