I’ll say bro ,while I was unsure about Vic’s perimeter usage initially… after watching a few games over the holiday season, I have a greater appreciation for the 3pts Wembanyama is taking
In situations where it’s a deeper 3, against a much slower center like Deandre Jordan who can’t close out at all given his lack of foot speed, but even better 3pt shots in transition against cross matchups versus someone like Christian Braun..
In a way those are uncontested given his height difference. So it is pretty cool to see and a distinct advantage in those situations.
And he was not shy about decisively going to that turnaround jumper in the low to mid post if watson, Murray or Russ somehow got switched onto him.
It’s been a joy to watch. Your squad is going to be blockbuster once they figure the roster out a bit more bro!!
