This is true. I never saw any correlation between wealth and tipping. I'd get the same tips going to the dirty apartments on the bad side of town as I would in the gated communities. I actually got some of my best tips in the slums.

here in canada the machine terminal gives you option to tip
so when i use my visa or debit i declined that option with quickness
