This is just gonna make Marcus a better shooter. Like the kid in the movie Rookie of the year where he breaks his arm and starts throwing 100 mph fastballs when it heals.

On another note, did anyone catch the one on one interview between Mchale and Bird? It was cool. They talked about differences in eras, funny tales from the road etc.. They also talk about how Bird broke his pointer finger on his shooting hand playing baseball before his rookie year. Larry says he was a better shooter in college and he had to adjust his shot after the finger break. I swear Larry stayed with the rowdy good ol' boy fukkery. If he never worked on his yard or played baseball maybe his career would have been better.

Those 80's Celtics had a lot of funny characters with Bird, Mchale, Cornbread, ML, Walton. There's a lot of funny stories they tell.

Fun fact: In 3 games since the All-Star break, our bench has outscored the opposing bench by an average of 15 points a game; we've had 153 bench points while our opponents have combined for 108 points.

Jaylen needed this kind of individual performance. He needs to build on this and be more consistent because he's gonna be special. :GladBrad:

Monroe is a defensive liability, but the dude can score and pass out the double tteam. Hopefully once he understands the defensive schemes better his defense will improve. In the playoffs he would be good if we play against a team with a good center. He can put pressure on the opposing center and try to get him in foul trouble.

Yupp. He uses his size and height effectively, great passer, and great rebounder

As long as he moves his feet and is a competent defender. Dont gotta be KG level defense, or even Perkins level defense. shyt, just be PJ Brown level defense, and we'll be good :pachaha:
