not even joking, she might not be good at articulating herself, or specifically not good at articulating a sticky subject relating to race and politics. especially on air, especially with the host starting off aggressive. Charlemagne came at it saying "you identity as a south african colored person... what does that even mean?" which comes across like he not really being sincere in asking. And then when she makes it clear she doesn't want to answer, he asks again just to aggravate everyone, further confirming he was just trying to start some shyt.It makes zero sense to treat this as if Charlemagne was asking the question in good faith, he made it clear he wasn't. So possibly for a variety of reasons, she didn't want to engage.
And to top it all off, she addressed this in an interview before. Probably pre-written with help from her team
