hollywood's hottest directors were head hunting pac for movies.

snoop was dre's entourage side-kick rapper.

wrong.

pac's started his hollywood headlining films climb before 1994.

2pac had classic hits way before AEOM

i don't even think 2pac is that great of a rapper but snoop has never been a star on his level.

2pac has the film star looks and was being pushed by mainstream america.

he has appeared on the cover of time, rolling stone and was being pushed for hollywood stardom.

suge head hunted pac to be the star at death row BECAUSE he had the star power that snoop and 'em lacked.

-

even in death tupac remains the clark gable / brando preeminent star of rap. meanwhile snoop found his lane as a huggy bear / slick rick-clone cartoon dog.

So in your theory Death Row wasn't shyt until Tupac came along 🙄...

Clearly you don't know much about Death Row or Snoop Dogg if you think neither one of them was big in hip-hop until Tupac's arrival to the label.

What you're not understanding is that Tupac wasn't a definite star until 95/96, yes he was relatively known and popular (just like many rappers during that period) but from '91-94 he was not bigger than Snoop Dogg or Death Row Records between '92-94 and even for most of '95 considering Pac was in prison at the time.

Death Row did not approach Pac because they needed him to be a successful lable they were already successful due to Snoop Dogg's superstardom along with Dre leading the way.

Smh 😂🤣.

Snoop was massive, the murder case made him chill. Pac, was pretty big too and he was doing movies.Me against the word had Pac popping too. He was doing that without deathrow machine. Dear Mama, shed so many tears and me against the world were in heavy rotation.

Pac buzz was EVERYWHERE. He was in movies, news, and TV shows (A Different World), etc before he went to Death Row and when he came to Death Row, he took over Death Row and Snoop was in Pac's shadow and that said something a lot.

Snoop wasn't the same after Dre left

You know
It depends on the year.

1994 and before, it was Snoop. From 95-96 it was 2pac. If we're talking overall, it's obviously not a fair comparison.
Some ague that Biggie was more popular in 1995 with one more chance, big poppa junior mafia getting heavy airplay on the west coast.
