Understandable, but Section 8 payments are not direct payments and I think that is what Senator Chuck Schumer was alluding to in his comments about missed "rent payments."

It makes sense that Trump and his crooked real estate friends would want to restructure that program, because they probably want to force poor people out of lucrative high priced areas so that they can drive up prices. They will try to put poor people in slum areas.
