Today, there are 10 countries with TPS, including Honduras, Somalia, and Nepal. Haitians were included in the program in 2010, when a 7.1 magnitude earthquake struck outside the Haitian capital of Port-au-Prince, impacting its 2.8 million residents. Those people have, quite literally, Temporary Status. The only reason why I'm concerned about this is because of what's happening in Haiti right now. The US is expiring their status, sending them back to Haiti, and the US is actively supporting the regime currently killing Haitian citizens in Haiti. That's worrisome and I'd argue unusual and cruel.

The problem is that OTHER COUNTRIES GOT LEGAL RENEWALS...NOT HAITI!!!!

The problem is that ICE doesn't give a flying fukk about that and will group these legal residents into the illegal camp and target them as undocumented immigrants have been targeted.
