You need to dig a little further into this topic. Not even a topic I dwell on like that. It's so daresay "demonic" that it's not even worth discussing.

A study was done that found these surgeries are rare. There are limitations of course. As with any other study, but it's a good indicator that the outrage aint warranted

they can claim what they want, but all of their desires for surgery and hormone treatments should be paid for by them. Also, their decision to get any of that stuff done should only be done by adults. Children should not be a focus of this Trans issue, and gender-affirming care should only be given to Adults.

Let children be children. Let people decide what they want to consider themselves once they are adults and are responsible for the full consequences of their decisions. Last, no one is required to play along with their mental illness on this and they should not be able to enter female spaces based on their declared gender, but instead based on their sex.

The above is part of my position on the Trans issues.

No-one is surgically changing children's genders. That's just not happening.

Maybe a few late teens in some rare cases have had gender reassignment surgery but that is not the norm. And personally I agree it could be moved to 18 years of age.

Hormone treatment for teens I support. If they decide later that they no longer want to go down that path, they can stop.

But I don't agree that it's a mental illness. Statistically it is very rare that someone who has had gender reassignment surgery actually changes their mind. And if they do change their mind, that's on them to live with. Alot of people make decisions about their own lives they have to live with. But it's their life, not mines.
