No they are on recess until Dec. 3 for Thanksgiving.
But a decision is coming tomorrow on the McGahn case and whether he has to comply with the subpoena from the House Judiciary Committee. The judge is going to most likely rule in favor of the House, but it's going to get appealed to the appellate court and then most likely the Supreme Court. McGahn said he's going to wait until the entire appeals process is done before he testifies but Bolton hinted that he's just waiting on the initial ruling tomorrow.
The judge is a sista and an Obama appointee so Trump will undoubtedly attack her.

Trump is both an unstoppable force that is meeting an immovable object. The only thing that can happen is for it all to blow up. Imagine the scandals and damage if Trump gets another 4, however I would imagine people would finally take to the streets.
Dems would have to retain the house and win the Senate to save the country but if the Senate remains in Mcconnels hands which is probably being rigged already, it's a wrap.
