Why would a white woman criminalize dei if white women benefit the most from dei?:jbhmm:

It stops being about race and starts being more about class at a certain point.

So if it hurts poors then it's a good policy. Also they want women subservient and submissive pumping babies out to grow the US population (mainly yt)

I have a question...how the fukk are they even determining whether places are enforcing this or not?

What the fukk does it even mean when a company decides to "revoke" it? How is that company going to move from this point forward? Be extra particular towards minorities? Because thats discriminatory also. So im confused.

How are we evaluating "the highest" merit? For say...a walmart job? I just feel like there are so many logical holes in this crap and i'm questioning the general intellect of everyone involved.

I know the obvious answer; you are basically saying you are gonna hire less black people. But there maybe has to be a more...nuanced explanation to how they are going to operate from this point forward?

Putting aside Conservatives have a desire to go after gays, the fact DEI has no definition is the biggest problem. Outreach programs have all kinds of qualifications like veterans or ex-prisoners.

If they define it as hiring a minority or disabled person, you have to prove you didn’t hire a white person with the same qualifications.

It’s a Pandora’s box.

Bingo. As someone who has done some hiring and is not easily impressed, I can think of 20 things off the top of my head that would disqualify someone and none have anything to do with race. Just because you tick the boxes on a posting doesn't mean you are a good fit on a team/at a company.
