:russell: Imagine being the man that always runs around the women and children of his community fear mongering every time the news presents a potential negative slant instead of actually leading and protecting them from any potential danger. Imagine pretending to be "pro black" while at the same time thinking so lowly of black people that you assume they'll become second class citizens if racists aren't forced to employ them?

I'm going to repeat that sentence for your edification and to drive home the danger that is taking place in America again in 2025. The new memo claims that it will target private sector DEIA initiatives for criminal prosecution. Not civil fines, but criminality. They believe hiring Black people is a crime. It’s a crime for Black people to want to sit at the lunch counter with whites in a whites-only restaurant.

This is sensationalist cap. The question of DEI is simply "Should a hospital hire the 30 best applicants regardless of race/gender or fill positions specificall to meet whatever "diversity" rate requirements someone decides they should have to meet?" Thats it. Black men pushing the gov't to lawfully enforce tokenism?
:scust:

Only someone that doesn't think highly of black people would suggest that we become 2nd class citizens if racists aren't forced to hire us. :unimpressed:

You mean voting? Yeah midterms are coming up this year.

If you're talking about violence, I have to remind you no vest is protecting against a drone strike and it's hard to shoot targets moving at 700 MPH out of the air with an automatic rifle.

He asked what y'all gonna do and your FIRST suggestion for action is voting? :mjlol:

Telling the next generation of black children that their best option for building a better future for themselves and their communities is knowing which (non middle class, billionaire cac sponsored, lobbied/bribed right into office) politician is the "best" one for them to vote for is nasty
