Think Roland is gay, Hayes wanted to check our the queer underground and dude was all "just stop, you dont wanna go home dont go home but dont make it about the job"
Yeah....I was thinking the same thing. Could be what we're "meant" to think, though. May be nothing there.

THIS shyt SHOULD BE 10 EPISODES.

I FEEL THESE LAST TWO JOINTS GONNA BE RUSHED...

I felt this way about season 1. They practically revealed the killer to the audience instead of allowing the Rust and Marty to reveal it to us. Could've taken a couple more episodes of them piecing it together before showing Childress. I agree it feels like there's a lot more to this for 2 episodes.

That’s pretty stupid when Roland lived with a woman for almost 10 years, and the very first episode wanted to take Purple to a brothel before the case even started.
The Hoyt family is demons and they part of the season 1 group. Same state .

Yeah, I think Roland being gay is in the same realm as people thinking Marty's daughter was part of the cult in S1. Nothing will come of it.

I am growing suspicious of him though. Roland could've seen the sedan and lied to Wayne....

This season in Arkansas. Season 1 was in Louisiana. Same region most definitely. All the higher ups connected/know each other.

Also it’s simple when you think about the set up . Wayne Harris had an affair with the Julie’s father. That’s how he had access to the clothes and backpack. Her mom was a junkie who hated her husband, she banged some guy there and it went to the rumors spread to her boss.
Remember the fit she threw with Amelia? She was feeling guilt over selling either photos or her daughter to her boss from drugs.
They were lured to the forest where the boss an expert hunter would be able to track them. Julia’s phone call of saying the man on TV isn’t my father is her referring to the boss who paid for the hotline.

Yeah everything I read on the net so far from episode 5 didn't catch that Julie talked about that police detective or whatever his position is (EDIT: yeah it's gen. Attorney Kindt, who is 100% in on all of this) who appeared on TV cameras, not her father Tom (who also looked completely different than ten years earlier!)

That gay police dude's name is Harris James btw

There are only 2 episodes remaining, but I’m going to pat myself in the back. I didn’t know what happening this season, and the Flat Circle helped a little but not too much. Instead of complaining about it like some in here, why not start back from the beginning? Episode 1 and 2 one day, Episode 3 and 4 the following day, and Episode 5 the next. Doing this explained so much for me, especially 3 and 4. Can’t believe the amount of clues that flew past my head.

Tom had nothing to do with his kids situation, and it might not be his real kids. Check. Lucy was guilty of selling Julie to Mr. Hoyt. Check. Mr. Hoyt was the man behind everything and Harris James was his guy. Check. The Pink Room reveal. Check. Woodard and Tom were the fall guys. We all knew that. I think Tom being gay was the only revelation that surprised me, and that was something a few people called from the beginning. What’s interesting was Roland’s reaction to Amelia’s book and the way he was looking at Hayes. Felt like he was going to shoot him.

One thing I haven't seen people comment on are Elisa's ulterior motives. After this episode it should be clear she's specifically targeting Wayne to reveal the truth about the Harris James disappearance. My guess is they already found his corpse and are now trying to confirm it was Wayne who killed him, possibly to tie up loose ends from the cult's side.

But why would Hays son allow her to do that?
