Quick question, I was tired. Where was Ray when he got shot at the end? Was that McAdams' room that she was drinking and watching porn in? It wasnt, right?

interesting episode, hell of a cliffhanger ending...thoughts:

- colin aint dead...there was no blood at all...even after birdman shot him in the dikk region....

- casper was into some weird shyt, that no one knew about....also, think his shrink is in on some shyt...he gave off that vibe..

- Rachel aint a freak, she's just really fukked up in the head...with the shyt the doc was hinting at that went on in that house, think she was molested as a kid, and eventually the sex became her way of coping/feeling loved instead of molested...probably some shyt her dad convinced her to believe...it's also the reason for the knives...she was too small to keep those muthafukkas off her as a kid, but now she'll cut a muthafukka quick....

- riggins aint fukked up in the head, he's just gay, plain and simple....hence why he was looking at the gay male couple, the male tute getting out the car, and him telling the story about thinking about punching the dude for hitting on him...yea, he was with the black mountain whatever and probably did some fukked up things, but if he fukked up in the head, it's cause he been hiding his gay shyt for so long...

- vince put everything in that deal to go straight, and now that it's in jeopardy, he going back to his old ways....he gonna kill this season, mark my words....the way he basically told colin to shut the fukk up about killing himself and do what I say, damn.....yea, he gonna kill this shyt...

I agree with everything here. Also wanna add that Riggins' mom seems like she molested him, or was on a creepy sexual vibe. The Oedipus themes continue. Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but it seemed weird.

I'd actually believe they may have killed Ray if I hadn't have seen other scenes of him in the trailer that definitely haven't happened yet. The shrink is definitely on some shyt. he also reminded me of the dude that played the original Robocop (was also on Dexter), but with heavy makeup and a wig on.

I definitely think something happened with McAdams growing up. the freakiest person I know was molested at 14 or so. Maybe something happened to her at the compound.

I LOL'd at the part about the E-Cig being like sucking a robot's dikk. Also, my least favorite part of this ep was probably the opening monologue from Vince.

Pizzolatto's [plagiarism] writing is starting to look funny in the light. The dialogue has run both these episodes straight off a cliff - it certainly doesn't help that there isn't a neutralizer like Marty to break the fall. That's why I can't be too hard on Vaughn or anybody else for that matter, I don't think even McConaughey could carry most of this shyt.

I think alot of people came into this season wanting to hate and jump down the shows throat if it wasn't at last seasons level

Im not accusing you of this, but the first two episodes havent been unwatchable for me, not even close.

And its been two episodes, lets at least give the season a chance

That's really my main issue with this season. The first season was very dark and cynical, but it also had a humor that this season doesn't have outside of a few moments with Ray. Marty was often hilarious, intended or unintended. Rust was also pretty sunny, but it was usually more unintended. This season definitely is lacking some of the humor and charm of the first season. I still like the world they've built and I'm in it for the long haul. I'm also not trying to compare it to S1, and let it stand on its own. Definitely even more bleak and cynical than the first season so far. There's also more expository dialogue this season.

Better than most of what's on TV and I'm not tuning out by any means.

Episode 1 was boing, but Episode 2 was a lot better. I'm interested in where the series goes from here.

Vaughn is being wasted on a role that has such sparse dialogue but that could change its only 2 episodes in.

Houston to LA like I'm Robert Horry.
Riggins is definitely gay :russ:

I do believe his PTSD is real and might have something to do with his ED, but there have been a few too many hints pointing him to being downlow. First, the obvious "I can't believe that gay hit on me I should have knocked him out" line :usure:. Second, the part where he broke off things with that Spanish girl and he kept saying this is on you, not me. It sounded like to me at least that he was trying to convince himself that this relationship didn't end because he's gay it ended because she couldn't tolerate his lifestyle. Third, he rejected the BJ from that girl because he doesn't like girls. :francis: Those two aren't always correlated, but given the hints I think it's safe to say that was the reason. Fourth, the awkward conversation with her mom about how the girls always liked him and yet he still hadn't figured that out.

Just too many signs point to him being gay IMO.
