Other truckers and that petition with 4 million signatures applied pressure. It was not his lawyer. Truckers wouldn't deliver in that state. They shut that shyt down.

We don't know if he was speeding on purpose or the truck sped up because of the brakes and mechanical failure. The company should be just as liable if not more. They constantly let these dude's pass and can't speak English. Their mostly Latino, but I've seen Africans, Asians, and Russians.
