10 years? He chose to roll the dice at trial. 110 was excessive, but it's a waste of Colorado jurors time and taxpayer resources if they're going to give him the same sentence he could have plead guilty to.

He got on the stand and said he tried to switch gears going down hill which is a no no. Drove pass the truck ramp, and killed 4 people. 110 was od, but 10 years ain’t shyt for killing 4 people. I saw also that he chose to not hit a truck on the side of the road and that’s when he ran into the 4 cars.

It is what it is, but at the same time privileged kids taking mommy and daddy's car on a joy ride after buying alcohol with a fake id and committing vehicular homicide get no sentence because "it would cause irreparable harm their life"

He def deserves some time, but that 110was absofukkinglutely ridiculous. Hopefully this will make judges think more before giving stupid sentences to people
