Philly is basically New Orleans when it comes down to crime. Heads will get numbers, but will get out in a few years or months. Some police just DGAF, while others just bring that demonic energy when its time to meet status quo. Thus, why the city is fukked up and so far gone from the days of Nutter and lol...John Street.

They can’t get life without parole. Most jurisdictions they can get paroled in 20. There’s science behind this.

So a 16 year old does not understand the consequences of going around robbing and killing people? I knew what would happen committing those actions in elementary school. If someone does not understand that killing is wrong and you will get punished for it, then that person should not be around the public, EVER.
