Philly is basically New Orleans when it comes down to crime. Heads will get numbers, but will get out in a few years or months. They can’t get life without parole. Most jurisdictions they can get paroled in 20. There’s science behind this.

So a 16 year old does not understand the consequences of going around robbing and killing people? I knew what would happen committing those actions in elementary school. If someone does not understand that killing is wrong and you will get punished for it, then that person should not be around the public, EVER.

There is something deeply wrong and troubling that a 16 year old child could have murdered four people in cold blood, at some point this has to go back to the upbringing , children arent born evil or criminals.

People are raised in worse conditions and don't resort to the things he did.
