Toys were expensive back then. They are still expensive now.

I remember buying wwf action figures then and i know what it's like to buy them now. I'm sure in 30 years mfs are going to be watching Internet videos of Walmart and target saying "man, they really used to be going to stores! Look at those prices!".

That shyt was no joke. And KB was the most expensive of all the shyts. They wanted $35 for a yomega xbrain went to Kmart and got the same one for $15.

I remember shopping with my mom at Toys R Us and Kaybee because she used to consult with me on what my little brother and sister wanted since I was the oldest still in the house at the time.

I actually went to Kay Bee Toys more than Toys R Us. Especially when that Xmas/BDay money came through :wow:
kay bee was the best, they had cultural toys from all over the world

bet you youngins dont remember lionel kiddy city. or even further back lionel toy town

When I was real little Kiddie City was the rare trip I looked forward to the most as we didn't a get Toys R Us until a little later
