So the majority of good games are on all consoles.

Outsold Ni No Kuni 2... With half as many consoles... :wow:

And what does that say about that bullshyt game y'all had stickied?

:ohhh:

This is why stanning looks stupid.

The most popular games are multi-plats.

Most multi plats are multi-player.

Most people buy consoles and games based on what their friends have.

That's why the first year and launch sales are important.

But it doesn't rally change the overall experience for the majority of gamers as you see here.

Sorry for being rational.

I havent seen actual numbers for either of those games so you might be right, might not be :yeshrug:

Of course Sea Of Thieves sold more than Yakuza/Ni No Kuni. Anyone expecting otherwise knows absolutely nothing about video games. Yakuza/Ni No Kuni are niche games that the vast majority of gamers will never have heard of, games with tiny marketing budgets that get little to no attention in the media.

Meanwhile Sea Of Thieves got a huge push by Microsoft, got a huge push on twitch. had massive visibility in the media and is Microsoft's biggest release of the year...and still flopped. :dead:

So a niche game that was popular enough to get translated and ported, then have a follow up sequel on the next gen system? And another niche game that has been around for 12 years had a big release last year, and the final chapter of the game end this year vs a pirate sim game that absolutely no one would have paid attention to if Rare's name wasn't attached to and didn't have any bigger of a push than ever typical 1st party game.

I'm going to say the Pirate sim game is way more niche than the jrpg and the beatem, action adventure game.

Nice try guy. :mjlol:
What else would a pirate sim be?:dwillhuh:

Doesn't make it any more exciting, and its still way more niche than yakuza 0-6 and ni no kuni 1 and 2

People knew what to expect and what they were getting when they saw the game demo'd years ago a strange hybrid of minecraft, and black flag
