I saw the trailer and was like this show is about me. Several years ago, I was 32, recently divorced moved to Chicago and started dating around. I popped season 1 on, I was like da fuc...I mean season 1 wasn't bad but it took me a while to realize that each season is a new protagonist. I'm gonna watch season 2 tonight.

I’ve always had a thing for Jessica Williams and she’s literally never looked better than she does on this.

I was really impressed how authentic the blackness is on this. You can always tell when shows with black characters have black writers in the room or not. (Like that Bernie Mac over a Steve Harvey shyt, that’s not something even the hippest white writer might know) Either that or Harper has a lot more say in his character than normal. (Not surprising since he’s an EP).
