This was legitimately a good show. Both seasons. And the 2nd made the effort in not only showing the experiences of a young Black, middle of the way man but how those experiences shape the way he thinks. The latter is almost never done on television. Were always a larger than life stereotype, miserable after being beaten down by life, the token minority or flawlessly gliding through life. Plus it addresses the very real concern we have about not wanting to be the nikka collecting babies like Thanos.

Season 2 was next level from the 1st. Some of the best writing and character development we've seen in years and it got NO promo.


This should have catapulted William Jackson Harper for award nominations and roles


Smh. Looks like even the HBOMax crew pre merger didn't know wtf they were doing. If it's not an instant hit they show no love
