I kind of want to go digital this gen but but the physical is worth more money in the long run and you can at least get some kind of resale or replay value out of it by letting someone have it or borrow it.

It's probably going to be more expensive, but gotta get that standard edition. I held out on getting a 4k blu-ray player just so I could use the PS5 to watch 4k blu-rays.

The biggest thing i see is if your account gets banned/compromised/hacked you lose all of the games that you paid for.

It depends on the pros and cons, but I'm leaning towards standard. Mainly because I still buy physical movies and I have a ton. It'll most likely be my 4k UHD player.But if the pros for the digital outweigh the standard, then I'll probably end up with that.

valid point but the same can happen with a physical game
stolen, scratched or damaged disc

Standard. I'll mostly still play digital, but a lot of times deals are still better physical.
