Even if she was right, parts of Florissant are ghetto as fukk, even the white areas. The white people that live there are 90% poor or living under the median income. There is a decent amount of black people making bank but they moving west. It’s not as bad as St. Louis city or where that club is but I’ve been told by multiple friends and family don’t waste your time moving there.
