If I had current wealth I’d move there. Lived there when I was younger but don’t have much memory from being so little, but moms shares the same sentiment about moving back.

Visited recently and you can’t beat that weather.

I’m from here and live here. Feel free to PM me (:dame:) if you have questions. Here’s the rundown:

lots of diversity
Great food of all types
Chill city
Great weather
Expensive housing (sunshine tax :wow:)
Hours to the desert, mountains, beach in the city, etc.

Best city in America :blessed:
You from Dago what part? I grew up in Chula Vista, lived there for 18 years

Think about this way when brehs talk about costs of living. Right now dudes are having rolling blackouts because of the Republicans that run that state love private sector shyt, alot of the politics are ain't shyt "i.e the dallas mass shooting, Botham John) to deal with. Plus yes the cost of living is higher but if you can afford to buy a house there your house will never depreciate and you won't have to pay hella property taxes vs would you will in TX.
I love San Diego, but your house is going to depreciate like crazy once climate change turns southern california into Mad Max Fury Road.
