I lived in Oceanside for 2 years and got out to San Diego every chance I had. If I could get passed the taxes I’d move back no hesitation.

Do it if your going to be making good money. Honestly, if your not then forget about it. Housing alone will be costly. You’d think the pandemic would stop the rise in house prices and rent but you’d be wrong. Got fools from LA, Bay Area and NY buying up and moving here. Apart from that SD GOAT city.
