What are the reasons you want to move out of Texas?
maybe not 5 or 6. But I dont see nothing wrong with two adults in a one bedroom apartment. Just buy me a room divider on Amazon for privacy and get to slamming assDo what my fam does. Live together lol. And I mean fam literally... 5 to 6 in a one room apartment. Make it work its worth it.
Want a new challenge. I honestly feel like there’s nothing holding me back from leaving. I got a wife and 2 sons and they’re still relatively young so I figure it’s either now or never. If I had a nice career job I wouldn’t consider it. I’m thinking what if something better is out there for my family.
Texas’ response to natural disasters and trash politics is a factor too albeit on a smaller scale.

Last is shocking, I thought it would be liberal, it’s Cali and in a urban area
- Gorgeous
- Expensive
- Tons of fun activities to do on the water
- Close to Los Angeles
- Navy Town
- A bunch of racist ass right wing trump voting mofos.
It is cheaper than LA though and I think I can get by in LA making 130K a year. Better yet, find me a mexican chick and move into her family basementTruth tho..most people that live there have been there for 20 years and inherited their home from their parents or the homeowners paid the crib off in the 90s...real talk most people that live there, if they left and had to come back couldn't do it FACTS...most people there been there all they lives, u ain't fukking wit cali if u ain't making $100k year minimum ....
My dad paid $235k for this house in oceanside (1563 corte daniel) and this was in 93...that same house today is $485k
