good points. you do remember the rumors going around about lupe's first album was talking about him pushin D. just cause he dont roll with a squad thats 10 deep. doesnt mean he doesnt care about the masses. doesnt mean he's disconnected from the streets even though per him he was in them streets, like really in them streets.

The album hurt hearts and feelings. like i said. its like a preacher, preaching a sermon thats hitting you hard because you know you aint right. but instead of being honest and just listening to see what the preacher says. you rather get up and leave mid sermon. or some actually stay the entire time. then walk out and say"thats a good preacher but..he's a bit to preachy."" Whaaa?

i almost wish lupe would remake this album and rap like rick ross the entire album. same music on this album just switch the verses, song titles,and hooks to be "ENTERTAINING" and lets see how many "he's too preachy" all of a sudden say "ay that remix lupe album is better then the real thing."

the hiphop world is ran by artists from all over. but the sound and the type of hooks and verses people are using are SOUTHERN style raps. southern strip club, foolishness style raps.

So guess who's on this site? a lot of southerners. lupe is talking about the listener as well as the artists. he's talking about these people who like listening to that southern low standard music 100% of the time, and the artists that make nothing but strip club music.

Hold up nikka.....we gon act like self righteous nikkas don't call other rappers too materialistic all day,and get mad cuz they don't rap about nuthin important,rappers don't get hate for makin simp music?
