What you describe is not characteristic of most of these "lonely" Black women in their 30s!
If they had those characteristics, they'd be wifed up. As @kevm3 mentioned, those are universally desired characteristics in women. If a woman has those things, men of all colors will be trying to lock that down.
So, you're already being obtuse in terms of how you're narrowly describing those women.
Most of these "lonely" women can't keep a man because they add little to a man of value's life. On top of that, they end up adding more stress to the man's life.
All things equal, if neither a thot or a "educated" woman can add value to a man's life, he's going to choose the one that adds less stress. Thot will be happy getting the bare minimum out of the man, as she's probably never had anything.
"Educated" woman is going to want to be wined and dined, travel, keep up with the Joneses, which adds stress to the man's life.
Man will choose thot in that case, as she still brings less stress and will sex him up in the way he likes.
You're not a man, so you would't understand the utility/stress dynamic.
Perfect example is LeBron's wife. She's not a thot by any means, but she's a pretty simple woman by "educated" woman's standards. But, she's a great woman. She holds down the fort. And I'm sure she introduces far less stress in LeBron's life than some hyper-professional woman would.
On the flipside, Tristan Thompson will regret bringing a Kardashian in to his life. The stress that gets introduced into his life will greatly exceed the value she adds in due time.
Men are pretty simple creatures when it comes to mating. We really just want a nice-looking, feminine woman who is capable of holding down the fort. Given the many stressors Black men are subjected to in this society, we also prefer women who introduce very little stress into our lives. After a hard day's work of dealing with cacs, we just want to come home to someone who will not nag. It's pretty simple.
