Its goes to the same place you got your last stimulus check or it gets sent through USPS by mail. They find out where all of your mail generally gets sent to. Go on irs.gov and look. They tell you.

I read they're going to initially send it to the close account, it'll be sent back to the IRS and they will then mail it out via check or debit card.

The articles are only going to state that for San Francisco and New York. Any where else in the country 100k income for 1 person is not middle class. The median salary is like half of that in America..I can post several articles right here right now that agree that 100k for a single person is middle class.
