I'm not seeing a massive leap in graphical fidelity here. Most things look better than they do this gen....but not by enough to warrant another gen IMO.

These the games we all bout to get in the first year.....Sony and MS next gen exclusives prolly won't show up til late 2021 at best

Not tryna juelz like a fanboy lol but like I KEEP repeating their July event is going to be the real dealbreaker. Because most their first party showings(should) will be on the ground up for next gen. Especially Hellblade 2, the rumored Fable game, whatever the Initiative is working on, etc, etc. I know the rumored Fable game is def not a cross gen game along with Hellblade 2.

These are cross gen games by small studios, aside from AssAssin's Creed, and maybe Yakuza. And they're likely early in development.

Probably from Sony Studios and a few third party exclusives like Godfall. Doesn't mean they will be 10/10 games but hopefully they look better than even something like TLOU2.
The harsh reality is that 3D game design matured with the ps3/360 generation and you're just gonna get new twists on the same shyt you've seen a million times before. The ps1-ps3 generations are like the 70s and early 80s in Hollywood where the mold for everything you're seeing now was created. Its the same deal visually. We're out of the stone ages where just having a face texture that kinda sorta looked like a face was enough to be mind blowing. The diminishing returns are finally here.
