Just copped a Larry Box, and thus far I love it. After years off from active gaming, I can dig it. Games I copped to start my current gen journey is Madden 17, NBA 2k16, Arkham Knight, Watch Dogs 2, and Assassin's Creed Unity. Hate that I have to wait for a game to install before I can play it, though.

Also been trying to grind away to get the correct persona for Margaret's spiral link. It's a pain in the ass but at least my levels are up. I'm at 60

4. Gravity Rush 2 (PS4)

Positives:

• Beautiful world and design.
• Great OST.
• Great presentation.
• Loads of content.
• Likeable characters, particularly Kat.
• Story touches on some cool areas, like the class system, the use of mass misinformation to mislead the public, although its pretty heavy handed.
• Unique traversal.
• Combat is improved on the first one as there is more variety of skills and enemies.
• I like the origin story they give Kat and the ending to the story in general.

Negatives

• Some frustrating controls and camera.
• Some rubbish mission design.
• Episode 3 - the longest in the game iirc, is pretty frustrating, largely because of the two above issues. Ch 12, Ch 14 and Ch 15 are particularly bad - one has you stuck in very tight spaces which the camera can't handle, two other ones are stealth/escort which are badly executed.
• The opening episode has some tedious missions as well. Generally I like episodes 1,2 and 4.
• Game is much longer than the first one, although I'm not sure it needs to be. A half a dozen missions could have easily been side missions.
• Side missions seem like a mixed bag, although I didn't do that many.

8/10. Looking forward to the Raven DLC.

Now on to Resident Evil 7 and Severed (PSV).

Was playing Rayman Legends with my 5 year old niece today. First real video game I've played with her. Gave me flashbacks to playing Super Mario Bros 3 with my older brothers when I was a kid. Kind of got me a little

She got a long way to go but she wasn't completely awful for someone that hasn't played a real video game on a gamepad before. She'll get better

Just reached 100hrs in Persona 5. I suspect I'll beat it in right before 200 hours in game.
Despite it seeming so long, the games' pacing is excellent so it doesn't feel like it's just dragging on. That time is also from me just strolling about and shyt but the game is genuinely longer than P4. Also reading takes longer since it's in all Japanese. I wanna finish this masterpiece before Goatda comes out and the rest.
