The Tower of God Thread... Who Else Is Reading This?

Dan survived when the only others to do so were key players. He's the last character to interact with Rachel and could show Baam how far gone she is. He had that big convo with Koon and was around for all of the training scenes. You don't see many characters get so much side action without good reason. SIU also went to lengths to show just what his ability was, what his personality was like and how much he'd changed since joining Koon's team. He's gotta do something and I straight up said it'd be cool if he somehow healed up, so that's why I mention his speed in the first place.

The Baam effect has hit his current teammates too. I think that fire princess is gonna be involved in the plot longer too.

yihwa isn't a princess she's just a regular like everyone else. SIU called her comedic relief for now so im sure she's guaranteed to be around atleast until she can control her fire since that's her mini ongoing plot

as far as Dan is concerned

Baam doesn't need him to tell him how crazy rachel is, he already knows and if not Koon will tell him and he'll believe him more since he's the OG homie

and i think Dan's role was exposition for Koons team (since we saw most of it from his perspective) and he was another anak/hatsu case where they got their weapon( in his case his speed) trashed and found motivation to keep going(and gave s2 team the moitvation to train) he might get a new item or something to compensate but no way in hell he get's his leg speed back, Bon Bon make's speed useless now anywa imo

I really dont think SIU went THAT far to explain Dan's character tbh, you're saying he got so much side action but all i saw was him being used to explain the workings of koon's team, as far as his past he typically gives every character some sort of background(word to Akraptors lame ass), you might just like him a lot so his moments seem bigger to you

i get what you're saying but i feel like if you put a gun to my head and told me to name who is still gonna be around by the princess arc i damn sure wouldn't say Dan, siu already got like 10 major protagonist going on (that's not even counting the ranker protagonist) on top of rachel and fug's fukkery i just dont see any space for that nikka


edit: i just started wondering wtf happened to those 3 nikkas that Koon snuck in his suitcase on the 2F, i remembered one of those nikkas could shape shift , SIU added too many layers to this shyt idk how he keeps up with it all

Also Baam ain't listening to Koon or anyone else where Rachel's concerned...but if he SEES Dan's wounds then it could change things. This is Baam, dude forgives everyone and believes that they're all good people and ish. As far as the team and how many people will go with Baam, I'm not convinced any of Leesoo's team is coming along (except maybe Androssi). Koon and Rak are my only two sure things (and Wangnan...too many secrets...how's he the prince and what's with his ring etc). Leesoo's team hasn't worked with Koon at all...still don't even know he's alive (and technically aren't allowed to know). A lot is yet to be determined.

I didn't even think of that. I wonder why that is...They can even relate on the "we got demons in us" tip and there's nothing. I can't think of a good reason except that the half-demon bros are always together or something. SIU building up to teddy's death for months now and that's one of the few season 2 characters I really like.

Beta knows too much tho, we haven't seen him interact with anyone except for Viole yet he knows all this extra shyt about FUG (even tho he was an experiment it's still a reach to say that he should know these things)

What if Beta made a deal with Mad Dog to trap viole and that last bubble was viole speaking i mean if Beta really wants to shyt on the workshop and FUG wouldn't his motive be to get rid of their prized Slayer?

i just remembered that this isn't even technically a real round in the tournament, just a bonus elimination round since most of the teams went broke betting on anak and ran

SIU saying that koon is gonna take off his mask soon is sayin two things imo:

1. The "bet" FUG had with hwa is gonna end, since part of it was koon staying anonymous

2. Koon gawd about to go in on these nikkas
