It is something that is relevant in legal studies but Republicans are using it with the definition of 'any discussion about race'

As we all know, white people have a bad relationship with history and facts. They don't want to acknowledge that yes, in fact America was and is a nation founded by, for, and to benefit rich WHITE men. There is no ambiguity about this and any attempt to muddy the discussion involves ignoring the words of the founders themselves who were VERY CLEAR on what they think of black people and created race based laws and passed them.

America IS a racist nation no matter how uncomfortable that makes cacs and what they really want to ask her is if she wants to go along with the delusion that serves white power.
