Why the contempt for the state of the world breh? there is always going to be a percentage of the population that is not smart enough, creative enough, or motivated enough to meaningfully contribute to society, and that number is only going to get higher and higher as machines do most manual labor. I just fail to see how taking personal responsibility for their choices would make any change to their situation, in fact I think it would make the world a far worse place
So is this what you want?

Have you always supported slavery or is it only after you looked up anti-communist arguments that you realized your ideological kinship with Jefferson Davis?
See, this is the hyperbolic, incendiary bullshyt I keep referring to.

You gotta stop referring to employment as chattel slavery. Its DEEPLY offensive fam, if not incredibly misrepresentative and diversionary.

What absolute nonsense about workers being those without ideas, vision, or intelligence. Workers build literally everything society produces.

That line of thinking is just so fukking backwards, it has no business being stated on a board called "Higher Learning." It's not too dissimilar from some st0rmfr0nt troll coming on here talking about Afrikans being inherently lazy and dumb, and that's why Afrikans worldwide are poor. From some of the rhetoric in here, maybe that isn't a controversial statement to some of you :snoop:
You have advocated for bosses to make no more than their workers. That sort of thinking doesn't bring any reasonable debate to this thread.

No social analysis
No historical analysis
No scientific thinking about society

Just simplistic parroted talking points to keep the Trumps, Adelsons, Kochs, etc. of the world nice and comfy
@¢apitali$t Migraine included tons of all three types of analysis. You just agree with his creative way of expressing himself.

Just because we study the same social, historical, or "scientific" (and its insulting for you to remotely think of economics as a science) views on society doesn't mean we come to the same conclusions that inform policy for the greater good.

At the end of the day most people :cape:ing for capitalism will die with very little property after having worked their entire lives.
So your idea is for us to move to a system that guarantees we die with absolutely nothing, and get nothing for doing more than the bare minimum required?

So your solution is to get rid of private property completely? How is socialism the fix for this problem lmao

Barring a way to control for IQ as well as a number of personality traits during pregnancy during pregnancy, what do you think will happen to the people not smart enough, motivated enough, or creative enough to work. The point when it becomes cheap enough to replace all manual labor with machine will only be the beginning... shyt they can already write basic code

Actually, a world with all manual labor replaced by AI is what pie in the sky rainbow unicorn nikkas want. No more rat race, just everyone doing watercolors and making mixtapes, creatively expressing themselves all day. The only real jobs will be porn n prostitution n the arts. Then we can start slaughtering people wholesale based on looks and lack of technical skill maintaining n fixing the robots n computers.

shyt, there really is no point to allowing people not smart enough, creative enough, or motivated enough to work to even live. Like, nikka u useless as fukk, and ur probably fukking up someone's day at this very second. That's why Repubs are stupid, tryna force welfare recipients to eat healthier. Let them eat all the fukk shyt they want, n when they go to the doctor, give him shyt that kills they ass faster. U ain't smart enough or motivated enough to work, fukk the doctor need to be beatin on ur chest talk sum, "Damn it, live!"?? Lazy ass is lucky we don't put a Star of David on ur grubby ass shirt n send ur ass on that midnight train to Georgia.

The scenario you're suggesting is a long way off...but more or less...The same thing thats always happened more or less.

We're going to start approaching some serious existential issues...i.e....how much do you really deserve to LIVE out here? Cause what are you adding to the pot if you're not adding anything? And how responsible is your government, provided its even successful enough (which people pretend being like the USA is some easy thing) to help everyone, for your welfare from cradle to the grave?

So your idea is for us to move to a system that guarantees we die with absolutely nothing, and get nothing for doing more than the bare minimum required?

People would die having lived full lives in which they could realize their potential. They would die not wanting of food, housing, clothing, or a sense of community and self-fulfillment.

What is "absolutely nothing?" Why is the personal property needed to sustain one's life and allow one to develop as a full human being, not sufficient? Instead, your idea is to maintain a system that allows the few to control the livelihoods of the many? A system that allows the few to control the resources that the many need to survive? That is not a democratic principle.

So your solution is to get rid of private property completely? How is socialism the fix for this problem lmao

Private property is not personal property. You can refer to this video that I posted earlier.

Man, if I done went to night school n got a medical billing cert, n I'm chillin eatin a steak salad n a slice of key lime pie for lunch in the park after havin my boss ass check deposited in my acct, a MacDonald's nikka who dropped out in the 8th grade eatin a Starcrunch n smoking a Basic menthol can't be mad at me for my stunna light lunch during my hour long break. These idiots have actually convinced lawmakers to give them $15/hr. That is completely insane.

Their output determines their income. And as machines do more manual labor, they might wanna start learning how to code if they don't wanna be living in the projects broke wit no lights on. I am in total agreement that there will always be a percentage of nimrods, therefore there is no goddamn reason to let the nimrods metastasize by rewarding them for nimrod choices. Fast food is not a $15/hr industry. Ever.

:dwillhuh: You're popping all this degrading shyt towards other people but you're talking about going to night school and getting a medical billing cert... I applaud your efforts to improve your position but let's not act like you're some wunderkind trailblazer.

I fully support the Fight for $15. Fast food workers deserve a decent life, just as everyone does. Further, all workers should support the fight being waged by fast food workers and take lessons and inspiration from it. It should embolden all sectors of the working class. Everyone should be demanding higher wages. Not to mention, higher wages on the lower end of the spectrum will likely get quite a few people out of the street hustle and underground economy. Why? Because there might be the prospect of providing for yourself without having to worry so much about this murder bullshyt and pig harassment. Fast food is the $15/hr industry now :umad:

The only chains are the ones u put on urself. nikkas are running around instagram'in all types of bullshyt n won't use that computer or device to learn something. Google is a preset app in the damn phone n nikkas only use it to search for mixtapes. U get a lot farther searching for ways to claw out then standing there begging n yelling n crying for somebody to drop a rope, especially when it's the same mfers who dropped u in the hole ur depending on to pull u out.

I will be the first to say that people bullshyt around a lot. But even if NO ONE was bullshyting, probably close to the same number of people would still be poor or in very precarious positions. Just as many would still have their labor exploited.

The rest of your posting I can't even take seriously because some of it is barely readable, and most of it is utterly asinine trolling that doesn't deserve a reply on this board.

I think we're just gonna have to agree to disagree and call it a day Breh.

You say I can own my house but not the land it's on? I don't get it.

If I go to work and don't do my job you can easily compare my work to a more productive worker and can measure right there Whom is producing more.

Lol at "restricted" you mean people who don't want to pay for something should get it anyway?

I really wanted you to talk about the
abolition Of money.

@JahFocus CS

You would own what you use. I'm not sure what you are getting at with the "house but not the land it's on" question?

But if you go to work, you're not receiving the full value of your labor (unless you work in a cooperative, possibly). Your boss is taking a good portion of that away from you... if workers were paid the full value of their labor, there would be no profits for bosses to pocket.

You don't download or stream shows, movies, or music? We're at a point where we can produce for human need and want directly.

I can't speak too much about the abolition of money (I don't think anyone can at this stage of history). It is something to strive towards, certainly. This is assuming that we're not considering labor credits as money.
