Depends on the city. I live in KY and my spacious 1 bedroom under 10 from anywhere you’d wanna go in NKY or downtown Cincy after pet fees and water/sewage is 730. :yeshrug:
But who the hell wants to live in KY??
Who wants to go chill in Cincy for any reason??:mjtf:
Dirt cheap rental rates for places no one wants to live in.:manny:

I've seen more confederate flags and more openly racist actions up north in a short period of time, than living in the south my whole life.

Where are you living in the south? I've never seen a confederate statue, streets and schools named after confederate soldiers, and as @I Really Mean It stated, less hostile voter suppression. As for confederate flags, you'll see them on state property in some places.

I've seen this in Florida and Georgia where I have family.

But yeah, there are racist white people everywhere. I can at least punch one in the face up here in Maryland without getting shot :yeshrug:

And then when you go out shyt is cheaper too.

I went out last night and spent $35 on 2 mojitos and a beer.

When I go to GA or NC drinks be like $3
I don’t know about $3, but I remember when I went out in Brooklyn like 10 years ago, I got a beer and mixed drink and it was like $49. The beer alone was like $15.

A beer down here in GA will run you about $6-$7 and the average mixed drink will be about $12-$15 on a regular night.

Apartments for Rent in Greenville SC | Apartments.com

Avg median rent is 1200 Average Rent in Greenville & Rent Prices by Neighborhood - RENTCafé

1200-1300min for a 1bdr + 600 for car shyt

Could live in a major city .. siimilar price
1. Why would you be paying $600 for a car? Unless you got serious bread you probably shouldn’t commit that much to a car. You need to get your ass lil Honda Accord and call it a day. We were paying $400 for a brand new car in 2012 and haven’t had a car payment since like 2017.

2. Rent/Mortgage is the biggest expense for the vast majority of people, so the fact that there is a big difference in cost means A LOT. Not to mention food in general often times costs more in high COL areas as well. Taxes are also higher in a lot of those areas.

1. You chose the average for new vehicles instead used vehicles even thought used vehicles account almost 20% more of purchases.

2. I’m pretty sure if you broke down the average by people in the south, the average would end up a little lower.

3. Just because it’s what people do it doesn’t mean it’s smart. Just more of people living above their means.

Edit: I actually checked the numbers and the south’s average is actually a few dollars higher. I stand corrected

I live in Richmond, VA I'm telling you even with all the statues, places named after people. Very rare to see a flag anywhere, maybe a few out in the country.
