Yeah prices went up once all the up north motherfuvkers started coming down south screaming about how cheap shyt is down here.
That's fair to say. Nashville got the baddest snow bunnies in the USNah bro Nashville is booming.
To young white folks cities like Austin and Nashville what Atlanta is to young black folks.
Of course if you’re going to choose the most expensive configuration of the car it can get there. I’m talking about a standard Honda Accord.Type R is definitely more than 600 a month. And touring trim is definitely around that price too. A lot of y’all ain’t buy cars in a minute I can tell by how y’all talk.

What was the point if sharing this? I already said car prices were higher. I just said there is no justification paying $600 if you can afford it because there are plenty of other options.Average Monthly Car Payments: How Much Should You Be Paying?

Check Jonesboro, Fayetteville, Conyers, or covingtonSo what are good cities or burbs for Black people to live in and cost is reasonable? Looking for majority Black or diversity.
*Will make a exception for majority White if there is at least some Black people thriving in the area.
South Dallas suburbs, Atlanta suburbs, probably Memphis area as well as Raleigh-Durham. The best is PG but you said reasonable cost so that’s x’d out.So what are good cities or burbs for Black people to live in and cost is reasonable? Looking for majority Black or diversity.

What about all the Black people that been getting murdered by cops in Minnesota? That was an extraordinary event, but hardly representative of the north. The distinction I’ve drawn between the north and south meant to highlight the superior quality of life for black people - stronger safety nets, better education, less violence, etc.
I stand by what I said.
Culture. Why wouldn’t Miami be the South?it’s literally the most southern major city in America (on the map)
It is but there are two deal breakers. First public transportation sucks in the south. Second, "a lot" of areas in the south don't have job markets that can keep up with the cost of living. That perception is flawed becuase it's usually people already with money moving down there which is cheaper for them.I don't see your point OP. That's still a lot cheaper than NY,LA or any other major city
When I mention the “north,” I’m referring to the northeast. My frame of reference is born from my experiences living in Massachusetts, which is considered to be the most progressive state in the country. I’m by jo means grouping it among the likes of Michigan or Wisconsin or Illinois or any number of other states that are geographically north, but not located in New England and its surrounding areas. What about all the Black people that been getting murdered by cops in Minnesota?
Plenty of racist flyover states in the North. Go to Vermont, North Dakota, anywhere in Wisconsin outside Milwaukee and let me know how that shyt goes. The KKK and Nazis still roam out there
Even the big cities up North have bad crime rates in Black areas. Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Chicago, Detroit, Flint, Cleveland, Toledo etc and the disparity between white and black income is some of the worst in the country up there
