I saw a South Korean flick i forget the name where a cop infiltrates the mafia and basically becomes the head of the mafia with no one pulling his strings. It was pretty cool how he got there.

Yea, Evans stated the 3rd is going to begin 3hrs or so before this one ended. I suspect it has something to do with who or how the Commissioner was killed.

Its not really an action film. Its more of a mafia drama like a goodfellas but obviously, north koreans handle things differently. They roll DEEP

On the real though, you can't blame someone for thinking its the Mad Dog character the first time he appears. I thought it was Mad Dog at first, then I sort of recalled him dying, then I thought it was a brother of Mad Dog or something. If they're going to reuse the actor, the least they can do is give him a different appearance.
