Possible the GOAT action movie, at least from a pure action perspective. And the story was interesting to me too, so that didn't hurt it.
The ONLY thing that hurt the film was
the stupid as fukk baseball thing...dude hitting the ball from 50 feet away with deadly accuracy......bruh :cmonson:
But the rest of the movie was

I liked it a lot, but was a little disappointed because my expectations were so high. The pacing wasn't as good as the first and the way they re-used Mad Dog was just terrible. 
That being said, the second half of the movie really took off and those final two fight scenes were My heart was racing during them.
