Power Rangers almost got cancelled after zeo. Turbo actually save the show from being cancelled. Turbo was received well in the states. Funny though, turbo in japan was the one of the worst seasons power rangers had.

See I wouldn't know cause I was barely watching at that point. Plus that movie was a flop but I did see it in theaters

I quit watching power rangers honestly after the first movie. Show got too corny with them watering it down.

If im not mistaken turbo did terrible in the ratings as well it was in space that saved the show in space was actually the goat power rangers series btw.

Yea, once Tommy and the other Rangers got replaced in Turbo is when the ratings went up and went even higher with Space, I think what helped is that the writing improved greatly and the new characters were fresh and reinvigorated the show.
