Scrap it all, replace with something you will actually use. You'll get the new PC itch in a few months or a year
If I do scrap it, I won't be building a PC, I'll just be using an old laptop.

I wouldn't be building anything ever again.
I don't have the passion for custom PC's anymore. The generational leaps aren't their anymore either.
