Hmm you can save about 20/25 on a cheaper ram kit which will perform pretty much the same. Save another 30/40 on a cheaper case. Put that +/- 50/65 towards the 8700k over the non k and pick a z370 motherboard for the same price as that h370. 8700k should overclock pretty decently with that noctua cooler.I just finished buying the parts for my new PC:
EVGA GeForce RTX 2060 SC Ultra GAMING, 06G-P4-2067-KR, 6GB GDDR6, Dual HDB Fans
Intel Core i7-8700 Coffee Lake 6-Core 3.2 GHz (4.6 GHz Turbo) LGA 1151 (300 Series) 65W
CORSAIR Crystal 570X RGB Tempered Glass, Premium ATX Mid Tower Case, WHITE
CORSAIR Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 DRAM DDR4 2666
GIGABYTE H370 AORUS Gaming 3 WiFi
Noctua NH-D9L, Premium CPU Cooler
I'm not overclocking, so I got the i7 8700
