What was an i7 but an i5 with hyperthreading?

Basically now the new i7 9700k is like the real i5.
i9 9900k is the i7
i5 9600k is the i3

You really want to see fukkery the i9 9900x is 10 cores, and the i9 9820x is 10 cores both have 44 pcie lanes the only difference is the clock speed by .2.
Intel is on some shyt.
The i7-9800x is a basically the true i9 9900k, enables 44 pcie lanes instead of 28 and allows 8 sticks of ram I believe

I'm using the HAF19 case, the big black and ugly, but it fits every thing I've thrown at it. I'm very low profile, I don't like lights, tubes, etc. If you prefer more "flash", some Fractal cases with glass tempered panels are not bad. But ultimately its about space. The HAF does everything I need, airflow included.

Vega 2 is coming you know Maybe even tweak the buggy CF stuff that Vega 1 is having.

Hopefully it is good enough to make a difference on these samsung tv's.

Yeah more cores actually hinders gaming....Ryzen does a good job at keeping them isolated for each operation, but the butter zone is 8..though some would say even that much is "too many".

If you have the OS CD, you should be fine with the win10 transfer, just input the cd key and you're good.

Windows 10 transferred no issues but I had to call Microsoft's activation line for Windows 8.1 w/ Media Center.

Had to find some programs no longer available from Microsoft directly to get my cable working with the new PC but it's all good now.

Now to RMA the 2080 ti cause Microcenter cant replace it.

Thanks. I have a ton of fittings...hahaha. I'm gonna go over then very closely to make sure none are loose.

Also, I gotta figure out how to turn my psu on with only the pump plugged in. I may just use another psu. We'll see

Paint looks damn good. Be sure to leak test thoroughly for a few hours.
The paperclip method works like MMA said, although I got a cheap switch for testing.
