microcenter lolMy EK shyt is still going through customs
Also, I was using 3D paint to plan out my water cooling loop, and I realized the EK configurer didn’t include any 45 or 90 degree fittings. I gotta order some now
However, on the plus side, I came to the realization that I can use 45 and 90 degree fittings instead of bending tubing. So, all I have to do is measure the length correctly. Still going to have to do some bends, but not as many as I originally thought
I am traveling a lot for november and want to bring a gaming rig with me. I'm bringing my 1700x matx with both my gpu's. The frame difference is 5-8% difference in 1440p and 0% difference in 4K gaming than i7 8700k. With the 2700x it's closer to 3-5% difference in 1440p and 0% difference in 4K.While I picked up the 2080 Ti, I might just scrap the whole build and go all AMD to support the little guy.
Do it.While I picked up the 2080 Ti, I might just scrap the whole build and go all AMD to support the little guy.
Intel and Nvidia looking kinda sad in the light right now. I'm hoping AMD can come in and fukk shyt up with Ryzen 3 atleastIntel 9900K is an entire mess, they are worse than what Nvidia gave us with RTX
It's no better than the i7 8700k in gaming, about 10% better only in 1080p than the 2700x
There is no difference in 1440p and 4K gaming which 99% of users with a 9900K will be playing on
It's not even 10% better than the i7 8700k and 2700x in computation workload
How are we going through the best period in overall computer performance and one of the worse markets
9900K is running to 100 degrees when stressed 100% and when overclocked it's above 110 degrees
9900K uses more power/wattage STOCK than an Overclocked i7 8700k and 2700x
The reviewers are all juelzing the results like paid clowns
You need a 360mm radiator to cool this garbage another 150-200 dollars.
"If you want the best but have the money just buy it" you can buy jump from a 2080 to a 2080 ti, a 1060 to a 1080 ti just for the price difference overall
They just need a higher level gpu for a good price. Freesync is cheap, the motherboards are cheapIntel and Nvidia looking kinda sad in the light right now. I'm hoping AMD can come in and fukk shyt up with Ryzen 3 atleast

Only reason to buy any of the new material for Nvidia is 4K gaming and Intel you are a pro-gamer. Beside that, my ryzen chips 240hz frames in 1080p with a 1080 ti or 2080 ti with ease.
Especially turn off the frame counter and the placebo effect is gone.
The only difference my eyes can tell is the difference between 60hz and 144/165hz/200hz
Also @Ciggavelli look at this case
I'm jealous of this design, a true art piece
While I picked up the 2080 Ti, I might just scrap the whole build and go all AMD to support the little guy.
You are right on scheduleLook at this shyt
Nvidia GPU Performance Craters When G-Sync, SLI Are Used Together - ExtremeTech
Substantial losses in SLI with G-Sync on.
This shyt is pissing me off something serious. You mean I paid an extra $1200 for my 2nd 2080ti, $90 for the NVlink, and performance is taking a big hit? What the fukk?
They better get on this ASAP.
