You should be able to buy in one way or another. Steam even accepts paypal

Why Walmart? If you MUST buy at retail go to best buy. I still recommend newegg or amazon for a gaming laptop however
Walmart will have better return policy. I don't know how he will buy a gaming laptop from walmart though.

Intel really needs to fix their CPU heat problem, we shouldn't have to rely on delidding 300-2000 dollar cpu's at this point.
Because I'm in a small space for a month. Quickly built a i7 8700k/1080 ti inside a fractal design node 202.
Just tried gaming. The temp reached 79 (no overclock!!!!!) while gaming and the GPU hit 88 degrees!
Do not buy cases like node 202 or RVZ0 with intel 7th gen and above gen. K chips.
Going to buy a RVZ03 tomorrow, it can fit a AIO 120mm apparently, let's see if the H60 can fix this problem

No it's evga ftw3, placing fans under the card helps it top out at 65 degrees now but the cpu is the main problem.
Just got my other case, let's hope the aio helps. My ryzen 5 1600x was previous in this case, temps were fine
