:ohhh: is this the same thing? Is the amd ryzen good?
I built the pc myself and it's about 1100 for brand new, so it's not a bad deal, so you are paying 100 dollars in build cost
System Builder - Ryzen 7 2700X 3.7GHz 8-Core, GeForce GTX 1070 8GB, DG-73 ATX Mid Tower - PCPartPicker
Are you sure you don't want to build the PC yourself. If you do message me on here with your location (city, state)
I'll either find a near by Microcenter or Fry's Electronic
If you fukk up you can return the parts

I'd rather you build it yourself because if it's strictly for gaming the i5 8600k or i5 8400k or i7 8700 or 8700k is better (gaming). Intel will also have better resale value in 5 years when you need to upgrade. In 5 years I'll guess the 8700K go for like 150 and the Ryzen 7 2700X maybe 130-150ish?

Go Coffee Lake if going Intel.

An M.2 NVME SSD is fast but for day to day use, a regular SSD would suffice.

Nah, Coffee Lake is 300 series only

Z170/Z270 works for Kaby Lake and Sky Lake

When it comes to resolution, 1080p 60 is cool, that's where I game or sometimes higher 1080 144hz

I can't really speak on 1440P or higher.

no and If you have the money I suggest you go 1440p/144hz g sync (350 (for cheap TN model (worse color wise but if you aren't used to good monitors it won't matter) or VA/IPS for 500-650) - get a 1070/1080 or go rx vega 56/64 - 3440/1440 freeysnc (will cost 500-650)

If you plan on going 1440p gaming expect to spend 850-1200 on gpu/monitor

yeah im not tryna get caught up in all this high priced graphic card bullshyt. I put the most hours into grand strategy games anyways. Ive played Skyrim, 2K, Outlast, Fallout , etc on a laptop running an A8 APU. Damn sho wasnt 60fps. Im sure I will be more than satisfied at 60fps with the 1070 . Now i just need a monitor. I only played on my TV

It'll cost minimum of 800 dollar for a g sync 3440x1440 monitor and those 2560x1080 (same size) look like trash, gave my dell/alienware to my brother 3 weeks in; just terrible pixels everywhere :francis:

For Freesync you can find examples at 500 dollars easily and Rx vega will cost between 450-550
