im so sorry breh. i really thought u would like it. whats funny, i gave my green tea mattress away to my uncle two months ago as it was too soft and gave me back problems. im on a firm cheap coiled mattress and have been sleeping better.

@Ciggavelli u still enjoyin ur green tea mattress?
I'm still happy with it. I sleep real well. It's not a tempurpedic (sp?) or whatever, but it's close. I'm moving soon, so I have to get rid of it and buy another one. But it's cheap as hell, so no problems there.

It was a good suggestion from you to be honest. No complaints here...

Does this look normal to any of you guys that know about bios and temps? Fan speed seems rather high, it's not too noisy but what do I know. Don't know about that cpu temperature tho.

Would the fact that I don't have a gpu affect the temperatures?

89C is too high (especially in the bios). You might need to get a new cooler and new fans.

Your motherboard temps are fine but your core is overheating. Damn near 200 degrees ? Yeah you need some new fans or apply some thermal paste?

I got an aftermarket liquid cooler installed. I just stuck it on the cpu. It had adhesive so I didn't put any thermal paste. I figured one fan would be enough. I read the i7 does run high and I don't know much about overclocking so I don't know if it's set to on or not? I don't know anything about fan control so I changed everything to 100. Not sure if that's the correct thing to do.

Is it better to buy a flash drive or external drive in this situation

I have 3gb left on my computer which isn't enough to download the newest security update from Microsoft

I'm assuming hard drives because I could move some of my programs over to the external

I recommend remounting your cooler. Remove the thermal paste that was on there and reapply some. Also make sure the pump is being powered and running.

Always put on thermal paste, as the name implies it helps with the heat. In general, a cpu jumps to 90 degrees (32 celsius) just when you start up any PC. AMD chips run hotter than Intel, but I haven't had any problems. Download speedfan, its a program that reads/detects and allows you to control all of your fans onboard.

You're looking for numbers of; 100-108 degrees (38-41 celsius) when idle, and when running a game - 115-25 (46-51 c)

I'll have to apply some thermal paste. Is that easily available like at Wal-Mart or best buy? Can I just remove the piece and reapply it after putting paste? I read about delid but I don't think I need to do that.

Amazon or Newegg also have it, but yeah you can hit Walmart and get some.
