Her turning around at some point after being shot and seeing the gun in Tory's hand doesn't necessarily prove he pulled the trigger. The defense may be there was a struggle for the gun and the gun may have been accidentally misfired by either party.

• The two main witness, women THAT DONT fukk WITH EACH OTHER ANYMORE said it was him
• The two women involved have a statement that it was him filed w/ the police

The only witnesses they have arr the vic who they will frame as a vindictive drunken train wreck who's an habitual liar, and the best friend who also had gun residue on her, was allegedly getting beat up by meg (motive) so she's a potential suspect who has an incentive to lie. Again, not saying it's facts, just saying that's how they will try to frame the witnesses.

I know that’s how they will try to frame them but unless they have some type of proof then it’s a weak defense.

Tory has all the motivation to lie as well.

Them women gone get up on the stand crying and calling tory a violent angry abuser and that’s a wrap.
