I keep saying everyone should get a stimulus

I mean at this point they might as well go to the NDP UBI route, rent freeze, rent subsidies and food vouchers because 1800 a month wont take people through a shutdown

if you live in like bumbleduck manitoba that 1800 is

even the worst areas in the gta you can be shelling out 1,600-1,700 for rent
even basement apartments are like 1,400 nowadays

i know someone whose just renting a ROOM A ROOM for 800 a month

I have 2 bedrooms in my basement , washroom and its like 1,300 sq feet just sitting empty

sometimes i contemplate renting it out for like 1,700 a month but i don't trust tenants


i keep recommended to people find 2-3 friends and just rent a house , you can rent a mansion for like 3,000 a month and just split it

Nah don't rent out your shyt right now. End up with one of those tenants that decide they are gonna stop paying and then you're stuck with them in your residence

Three years ago you could rent another floor in a house for like $500...how times have changed
