the funny thing is that rule is going to cost alot of money, chinese, nigerians and other races pay thousands and thousands of dollars to hospitals to give birth.
I know where I work it costs nearly 5k for just one day in the hospital for mother and child and people fly from all over the world to give birth to get that citizenship for their child.
